Made an appointment and then went to cancel and they charged me $100 for canceling.

We had a leak in our home over the weekend and the first plumbing company told us it was our main water line so they turned our water off at the street and left. We couldn't get them to come back out and we still had water actively leaking. So the next day we called 10 different plumbers and nobody was willing to come out until the next week and we couldnt wait a week with the leak. We called Thompson Brothers next and they said they could come take a look for us. Right away they were confident that it was our water heater. We weren't expecting them to replace the water heater that day but they gave us a fair price and said they could get it done the same day. They started draining our old one and left to go pick up the new one. Paul and Anderson were excellent to work with, very professional. We will definitely use Thompson Brothers again and highly recommend them! A+

Thompson Bros gave me the best estimate for a basement kitchen and bath, rough-in and finish. They were patient and understanding through all the time it took to finish. Jacob, Chad, Freddie and the office staff all communicated and responded in a timely fashion. Since then, I've had other plumbing jobs done by them - always professional, efficient and reasonable. I'm so glad they were recommended to me! I have already recommended them to several others.

Thompson Brothers worked to figure out what was actually causing my continuous clogging and fixed it (a mega block in our pipe). This has been a problem for a year and they are the only ones that actually got to it, and did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to call them again when needed. They were also on time, friendly, and honest. I am very grateful for their hard work.

I didnt use their services but when I do need the services they offer, I will 100% use this company. I am a security guard for a large company here in Louisville, KY. Two people from Thompson Brothers Plumbing came into my work. They had found a phone with a work ID for an employee at the company I work at. They found it while leaving a job they were doing. I dont know how far away from my work they found it but they took the time to bring in a complete strangers phone and work ID. Its rare to find honest people. I just wanted to let possible customers know how honest and awesome these people are!
