The people at Vessels Plumbing are absolute miracle workers. My house is over 100-years-old and situated on a hill, so all of our water and sewer lines run downhill and behind a huge retaining wall before hooking into the metro services lines at street level. Since 2018, we have had chronic problems with wastewater backing up in our basement. In 2024, after countless back ups, I’d had enough. Another company quoted me $25,000 to dig up and replace the line. I called Vessels to ask about lining the pipe. It was a tricky job requiring two sleeves at two different points in the line, plus they had to get special permission thanks to a small lip on the pipe as it dropped down behind the retaining wall. They worked with the permitting inspector in Frankfort—explaining the situation in detail and why their solution would be a good fit for my specific job—and were given approval. They finished the job in October of 2024 and we have had four amazing months of being able to flush toilets, wash clothes, and run the dishwasher worry free!!! NOT ONLY did they work with me on troubleshooting and keep me dialed in to all of their plans and thoughts about my sewer line, but they ALSO (1) didn’t talk to me like I’m stupid because I’m a woman, (2) let me observe all the steps and also showed me exactly what they were seeing when they cameraed my sewer line, and (3) bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule when their initial time table fell through thanks to a fluke equipment issue. Finally, because I was making a claim through a sewer line protection program, Tonya worked with me on making my final payment. All told, Vessels did this job for LESS THAN HALF of what I was quoted by the other company, PLUS they didn’t have to t at down our retaining wall or dig up my yard. They are amazing. They are the solution you are looking for. If you have read this whole review, your situation is probably as desperate as ours was. Just CALL THEM!

Vessels Plumber Joe and Technician did a great job installing my hot water heater. Joe is very knowledgeable about the codes and how to install a hot water heater properly. I highly recommend Vessels for any plumbing job but they most recently installed my hot water heater and did a tremendous job!!! Thanks to Joe and Technician for a very professional job!!??

Vessels fixed several issues we had and quickly. Donnie was proactive and checked a couple of other things for us before they became an issue, which we really appreciate. Hard to find a trustworthy company these days, but Vessels definitely is one!

Extremely pleased with the work these 2 guys from Vessels did for us. The weather was awful. Cold and very windy. The didn’t seem to notice. We had a leak outside by our sidewalk. They kept us informed on what they were doing and going to do. Showed us where the problem was when he found it. Talked us through the process of replacing the galvanized pipe with pvc pipe. Very polite men. Very informative. Plus they cut up and socialized with us. Attitude matters!! Highly recommend Vessels plumbing!!! Thank you to the office workers also. They walked us through everything step by step. Kept it simple and made sure we understood. My finance’ is the home owner. Mr. Maier is very pleased!!

I have called Vessels a few times now. Always been happy with their service. Danny was extremely professional and polite. Danny fixed the problem quickly and was very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing. I highly recommend!

Vessels replaced the waste pipe at my mother's house - a job that took just over a week and involved jackhammering up the old pipe under the floor and digging it out in the back yard. The gentlemen who did the work were truly professional and very polite. They did a great job keeping the mess to as much of a minimum as possible with such a job and put things back even better than they were before they started. The office staff were so kind and helpful. My mother is very happy with the work, and said the team went above and beyond. My sister and I are delighted that Vessels took such great care of our little Mamma, and we would definitely recommend them.
