Ken Tyson's team called in my situation immediately (811 before-you-dig) before I contracted work to them. Then, immediately upon receiving approval, came in two days ahead of original schedule and restored water supply to my house. Their crew was quick and efficient. I could not be more pleased and will be happy to use them and recommend their work. The office staff was equally professional with their service.

Our thermostat went out on our gas hot water heater and they were very quick to order the parts and approve things through our home warranty. Our 19-year old water heater croaked on a Friday morning. I was sure I couldn’t get a plumber before Monday. I called Tyson Plumbing at 10:45am and I’m pleased to say their plumber, Oliver, showed up at 1:30pm and a new water heater was in place by 4:00. They sent an additional person to help carry out the old heater and carry in the new one since it was located on the second floor. Overall, I feel we had great service at a fair cost. We have used Tyson in the past and we will certainly use them for future needs.

Once again, Ken Tyson Plumbing came to my rescue! I had called a different plumber (recommended by a friend) about a possible upstairs bathroom sewage leak that was staining the ceiling on the first floor. After three days of calling, leaving messages, and not receiving a reply, I finally contacted Ken Tyson, and they sent James out that evening. The problem was fixed in a jiffy and just before I was headed out-of-town. This is the same scenario I experienced a year or so ago when Tyson Plumbing helped me in a bind. James' plumbing acumen and easy-going disposition really put me at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. Your customer service is top notch!

The crew at Ken Tyson has helped us on several renovation projects - including adding lines fir a washer and dryer, installing tub drain, faucets, shower plumbing and fixtures and the toilet.Rex was an excellent communicator and oversaw the work, start to finish. His crew was efficient, professional and did good wok. They stick with the original quote, which allowed us to stay on budget. Being new to the area, it’s not easy to find sub contractors you can rely on. I am grateful for the people who helped us being our vision to life.

I hired Ken Tyson to do the plumbing work when a pipe burst in my house back in January. They showed up without proper supplies (a cap for the cut line) for the emergency call and billed me for the rush hour travel time to purchase supplies. When I scheduled for them to come back and do the repairs they again came without supplies, charged me for the trip to the store and didn't buy enough so had to go back again. The plumber who came out also spent a good bit of time (at least 45 minutes told) explaining to me how water restoration worked. I was absolutely nickled and dimed and over charged for the services and I'll never hire them again.
