First time calling Zoom and I am very pleased with the service all around. Very prompt and Nathan White was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue. Cannot say enough good things about Nathan. I will definitely use them in the future and will spread the word to anyone in need of plumbing issues. Very affordable also.

The original gentleman I spoke with was informative and helpful. (Possibly the owner) Nathan was my tech who came for my sewer line clog. Extremely professional and efficient. Came out quick and on time which is always appreciated in a plumbing situation. Company was recommended by my usual plumber and I would recommend to anyone else. Nathan was spectacular; I feel my money was well spent and the situation was in great hands.

Technician arrived within an hour of first call. Was given a narrow time range of 30 min as to when to expect arrival (rather than typical 2 hour window) and also a text when they were on the way. Nathan was very friendly, polite, and professional. He explained the problem as well as other possible causes and things to watch for. Visit was quick, issue fixed, and the price was very reasonable, actually cheaper than typical service call fees. Definitely recommend and will be calling for any plumbing needs!
