Zoom Drain

First time calling Zoom and I am very pleased with the service all around. Very prompt and Nathan White was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue. Cannot say enough good things about Nathan. I will definitely use them in the future and will spread the word to anyone in need of plumbing issues. Very affordable also.

The original gentleman I spoke with was informative and helpful. (Possibly the owner) Nathan was my tech who came for my sewer line clog. Extremely professional and efficient. Came out quick and on time which is always appreciated in a plumbing situation. Company was recommended by my usual plumber and I would recommend to anyone else. Nathan was spectacular; I feel my money was well spent and the situation was in great hands.

Technician arrived within an hour of first call. Was given a narrow time range of 30 min as to when to expect arrival (rather than typical 2 hour window) and also a text when they were on the way. Nathan was very friendly, polite, and professional. He explained the problem as well as other possible causes and things to watch for. Visit was quick, issue fixed, and the price was very reasonable, actually cheaper than typical service call fees. Definitely recommend and will be calling for any plumbing needs! I have never been so pleased with a plumbing service before.From the beginning interaction with my initial call, scheduling and up to the time the tech arrived and completed the job. Nathan was very polite and explained everything precisely. I am completely satisfied and will recommend this company to everyone. A great big thanks to all.

Finally I don’t have to listen every time my washer runs for a possible overflow. Thanks to the ZoomDrain team drain lines have been cleaned and replaced with PVC. Everything they did was carefully done. The removal of some ceiling tile was so neatly done that my grandson was easily able to replace it. Thank you for good work well done.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the service provided. While I feel like I paid a premium, it seems like a great value considering the speed & quality of the service we received. I will definitely recommend Zoom Drain. Thank you to Nathan, Alec, & Liz for your help!

I called Zoom with a plumbing issue and the owner was kind enough to walk me through troubleshooting it. He said he didn't want to charge me to come out for something we could knock out over the phone. Very nice!
