This group has bailed me out of plumbing issues on multiple occasions. They have been wonderful with every job they’ve completed for me. They’ve been courteous and helpful with small plumbing jobs such as putting in a new outdoor faucet to big jobs such as hot water heaters and sump pump. My first experience with them was maybe 15 years ago. After moving to my current home, they have continued to be my go-to plumbers. My hot water heater that was here when I moved in, leaked all over my basement yesterday and it was so bad I had to completely shut off my water. I called this morning and they were so kind, assuring me they would take care of replacing it today. The service was excellent. The plumbers were very nice and cleaned up when they were finished. The price was just like they said, no hidden fees or surprises. They are dependable and honest. Thank you so much for getting me back in hot water with a new unit and new shutoff valves.

Great company to work with!!! They came out the same day I called and unclogged my kitchen sink. I also had them replace my mom's water heater. Office and technicians were very friendly and helpful!!! I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs!!

The plumbers arrived right on time, early in the morning, and even called 30 minutes beforehand—which I really appreciated. They wore boot covers, quickly diagnosed the issue, and resolved it efficiently. I asked several questions, and they gave me honest, helpful answers on how to maintain my plumbing to avoid future problems. I also asked them to take a look at a bathtub issue that wasn’t part of the original scope of work. They spent about 10 minutes examining it, explained what was wrong, and told me I could fix it myself with a $20 part from the local hardware store. They didn’t charge me for the advice, and they were spot on—I grabbed the part and completed the repair myself later that day. Overall, it was a great experience with a trustworthy company. They fixed my original issue without overcharging, and the entire interaction was honest and professional. Highly recommend!

Today I had the pleasure of having Andrew and JL replace a water heater. As a new Kentucky resident in a rental you're absolutely at the mercy of your management company to pick a good plumber. I can tell you as I have worked in the business in Houston Texas for over 20 years these gentlemen were not only professional they were quick they were clean and they were very personable! Hands down when I own a home I will be calling them for any and all future plumbing services

I just had the most wonderful experience!!! I own a hair salon and my sinks were all backing up. No shampoo bowls means no work for me. I called early this morning and John himself came to my rescue He quoted me a price over the phone and gave me that price even though it turned out to be a really difficult clog. I even gave him a hug for saving my day❣️ I highly recommend this company.

I was so impressed with the care John Heffley Plumbing took for my elderly client. They called ahead to inform us of their arrival time. They answered any and all questions my client had and took care of the things needed and they were reasonably priced!. As a realtor, I’m always in need of a good plumber at hand. I’m happy to know I can count on John Heffley plumbing.

This is the place. I called and John recommended I try a couple cheap fixes myself before having him come out the following morning, and he put me on the schedule in case they didn't work out. I had planned on trying those anyway so when they didn't fix the problem, I met John early the following morning and he talked to me about my system, wasted no time, didn't try to scare me or sell me anything I didn't need. He suspected 2 possible issues, told me how to try to fix the most likely culprit myself with a very affordable piece from Lowe's, and made a couple suggestions for different scenarios I may encounter. Very easy to talk to, thorough explanations, and his suggestion worked. Cheapest service call I've ever had, and the piece cost me $23. Already back up and running in about an hour and a half. I could not recommend John Heffley more highly and I'm putting a note in my crawlspace with his number on it so I know who to call next time.
