Jolly Plumbing wanted $2000 to replace a 40-foot section of copper pipe. The pipe would’ve cost a couple of hundred dollars at most. Who in their right mind would pay $1800 for an hour and a half of labor? Unconscionable. Because we initially called than on a drain issue, they dutifly cleared and scoped out my main sewer drain for $90, and after showing me that there’s 20 years of gunk along the walls in the drain (not preventing it from draining), quoted me over $4000 to pressure-clean the drain. I don’t know where they make up these prices, but they must think a lot of their hourly value. The plumbing manager called back after this review to try to negotiate the pipe replacement, which we had negotiated twice before. By the time he called, I had already agreed for another reputable plumber to do the pipe replacement. Be careful what you agree to… some people are out to maximize their profits… Jolly Plumbing’s overzealous quotation system is a reason to get another quote or two! You’ll thank me.

was so professional and I felt completely comfortable around him. He was so kind and very down to earth. I loved the quickness of the company and their prices. I'm a single Mom and was really worried that I was going to get ripped off or have to pay for services I didn't really need but it was nothing like that. The supervisor Shawn came out and used the camera in the main sewer line then came in and spoke to me about what they found. He was also great. So kind and a pleasure to deal with. Drew left with me feeling wonderful. He fixed our clog with ease and I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone. If I have any future issues or just need maintenance and updates then I know who to call. Thank you Drew and Shawn for everything.

Asked for a quote for whole home water filter and Shelby came out same day for a quote. Talked honestly about the options and we went with the conditioner system. Shelby came same day to install it. Very nice workers that did a great job.
