I called them & they were able to service at my address within an hour or two. FAIR & Honest pricing. Good communication. no BS. I told them what I needed and they gave me an estimate right away, pricing was extremely better than any other companies I’ve tried. I had my main sewer line clogged and they got the job done quick. They also gave me a diagnostic and what can actually fix the issue unlike the other businesses that I have used. If you are in Winchester or surrounding areas, this is what you need. Very honest people. Thank you.

Although we have the same last name we are not related, after reading the reviews we decided to go with Pergram Plumbing and we are so glad we did! Excellent service, great and reasonable prices! These guys are awesome. They were busy and couldnt make it on the day they were scheduled but went out of their way to make it right and showed up first thing the next morning and discounted service as a courtesy for the trouble. The communication, speed of service, and professionalism was 10/10. Called Saturday and scheduled for Monday. No one ever called back or showed up. There was obviously a miscommunication because all I was told was Monday. Said Saturday it would be late because we’re super busy today but Monday would work I think it was between 10-12 or 12-2 as far as time. No mention of the 28th.

Showed up on time and fixed our toilet and dishwasher issue quickly. Thank you!
