Positive: Wide selection, knowledgeable sales staff (Brooke, Todd, helpful gentlemen), good prices, smooth transactions, helpful with finding solutions.
Negative: Poor post-purchase customer service, disinterested in resolving product issues, missed delivery dates, unhelpful attitude, some staff (Jim) are rude.

Good selection. Knowledgeable sales force. Post purchase customer service disinterested. They are not there to help with faulty products.
