If I could rate it higher, I would. Mike is terrific. No matter the delay or issue, he took care of me! He didn't try to upsell me on anything, he didn't try to convince me my house would suddenly explode if we didn't do something this very second. He was real and honest irregardless of the issue. He provided quality work for a fair price. He talked to me like we were friends and was trying his best to look out for me across several different fronts. He understands irritation and how tiring this process can be. He will take his time to explain everything and go above and beyond to ensure you're happy EVEN if he gets the short end of the stick. Then there were Kevin and Jeremiah. The set backs they encountered were insane. They pushed through irregardless of what my haunted, hateful house threw at them. Kevin told me the truth, was honest, was diligent and phenomenal. It was a long, long two weeks but we got there! Now, we have water run correctly, instant hot water thanks to my new tankless, correctly installed gas lines and an entire new main! If I ever need anything and they can handle it, they're where I'm going!
