Positive: Excellent service, knowledgeable, prompt, installs, repairs, and brings houses up to code.
Negative: Poor communication, unprofessional text message, unresponsive to repair requests.
Mixed: Frank is a good plumber, but communication issues exist.

I've had no dealings with this company aside from a text message from I don't know who and whoever text me was very unprofessional. When I explained my issue the response was I'm "you're the only one having the issue." Of course I am. All the other tenants got fed up and moved out. I'm the only one living on my floor. Also, everyone's plumbing shouldn't have to break down before it's repaired.There was no response about whether they were coming out to make the repair. Very unprofessional. And whoever I spoke with seemed annoyed that I'm having plumbing issues despite this being a plumbing company.

Alongi’s Plumbing is the best! Frank has come to our house as soon as he could to get our plumbing fixed up perfect. He installed a new water heater for us today, brought our house up to code, and cleaned up the shoddy looking pipes. Thanks!

Frank is a good plumber, knows the business. Came out on Saturday to replace a water heater in my attic. The supply house wasn't open so I had to go to Home Depot to purchase one but he offered to pick it up for me.

Blake was very informative, he explained what he needed to do. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Frank was very nice when we spoke on the phone, but he said he would call me back and he never did.

Best plumbing company in the south!
