Mr. Broussard’s plumbing company has been my trusted plumber for a few years now. He and his staff are courteous, professional and communicate well when I have questions or need an issue resolved in a timely manner. He takes the time to provide photos and videos when applicable, thus showing the work performed.

This company is the best. Their service tech Shawn Latino came out like a one man army with no help and ran into every problem but handled it professionally and was precise. I would definitely recommend this service tech and company to any of your plumbing needs. I'd give him and them 6 stars but it stops at 5.

since moving to the area, these are the only guys I call when I have any issues. they are friendly, professional, and always deliver incredible customer service. Hands down the best at what they do. Professionalism and doing what they say will get done. Without a doubt the most knowledgeable and patient staff. There is no other plumbing company I would use on my own personal house nor any of my many remodel jobs. As a contractor, I have to trust the people I hire to be great with customers, know the job will be completed without issue and the pricing to fair and as stated. A plumbing company that can provide all of this is difficult to find but trust that the is that ONE. I strongly recommend them for any and all plumbing work. Thanks for always making me look good!

We had a kitchen plumbing issue where our sink didn’t drain properly. I tried to fix it myself with no luck. We called Broussard Plumbing and the next day they came out. The guys were super courteous and professional. They showed us exactly what the issue was. They fixed it quickly. They cleaned up and were on their way. I would call them back in a second for any plumbing issue in the future. They were AMAZING!!!

Jimmy and his team were amazing: highly professional, reliable, and thoughtful. I have hired with several other plumbers and Jimmy definitely stands out for the quality of his work but also for his care and straightforward approach in trying to do what is best for the customer.
