Doctor Pipe was recommended by my neighbor and they did not disappoint. We were getting ready to pour new concrete sidewalks when we realized through a video inspection that our sewer line needed replacing. Doctor Pipe rearranged their schedule to fit us in so we could keep our sidewalk job mostly on schedule! From start to finish, the customer service and level of workmanship has been amazing. Would definitely recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

Let me start by saying that they did get the job done 100%. But I do feel like I was misguided and had overpayed. First, I spoke with one gentleman who came out to see my problem, they said it would cost less than 500. Then I spoke with the manager, Mike, who told me after the job was done that it would cost me between 750-950. The job ended up costing me $1300. I looked up material prices and I was charged 3X as much for every material. Also, when I called and asked to talk to mike to complain, he literally spoke with me for 2 seconds before transferring my call to the administrator. I could've fixed my problem for way less.
