Additional details post a horrible experience. Here is what their completed work looks like on a sump pump and ejector pump maintenance replacement. Left a massive mess and have been trying to get the right parts put in since December. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.

David came out and fixed a damaged pipe in my attic that was leaking. He was able to come out promptly and did the job thoroughly. Highly recommended.

A year ago I called Blanchard plumbing (this company) out to fix a clogged AC drain. He was here for 15 minutes when he diagnosed my problem as a broken pipe under my house. He didn't even use a camera, he spent a few minutes with a pipe snake then said that he would need to tunnel under my house to replace the pipe. He quoted that it would cost me upwards of $ 20,000.00. Of course I couldn't afford this, so I just put a bucket under the AC drain and emptied it several times a day. When I wasn't home for half a day, I would come home to water all over my floor. Again, I couldn't afford upwards of $20,000.00 to have him dig under my house and dig under the foundation to fix it. I've decided to catch the water myself until I could afford it, thus 1 year later. Yesterday I called another plumber to come quote me a price. He put a camera down the drain and it was just a clog. He unclogged it with a pipe snake and charged me only $85.00! The drain is now open, and draining perfectly. Thank God I finally got that second opinion! It saved me over $20,000.00!!! I feel stupid for not getting a second opinion a year ago, but I trusted Mr. Blanchard when he said I had a broken pipe under my foundation. I don't want anyone else to get scammed by him. I'm Sorry Mr. Blanchard for the blast, but it's just not right to hurt people this way. We all work very hard and have to make sacrifices to support our families in this day and age. Please beware of Mr. Blanchard when he says you have a broken pipe under your foundation...

This was the best service that I have ever had. I called and he came to see what the problem was with in no time. We talked he told me what was wrong and we had it fixed in no time. Everything was done properly and not half ass. He made sure it was done right that way he did not have to come fix it again. Would definitely recommend!!!
