Don came out and provided excellent service. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a cost breakdown. He provided service same day and replaced my hot water heater!

Lourele Roberts Technician #2126 was excellent. He was very thorough and was able to quickly diagnose my problem. He also explained our issues so that I could easily understand it and came up with a solution that day. Additionally, our job ended up requiring another service. He made sure that group was there within a matter of minutes to assist us. I could not recommend him more. I will be using Roto-Rooter again in the future because of this excellent service.

My guy did the best job ever seen and gave me a upgrade on my hose pipe Spicket for a good cheap price and he had to cut a hole in the wall and all and it was still a cheap price for the best work
