We had a great experience with the folks that took care of our broken sewer line under the house. The camera crew, the tunneling crew and the folks that repaired the lines. All were professional. Heather had a plumber out to us to replace a wax ring on a second floor toilet- that place couldnt function as well as it does without her! They sent John, he was in & out and super friendly.

Had Earls unstop and reset a toilet last year. The wax ring has already failed and they won't honor the work. Granted receipt shows 30 days however wax rings should last 10 or more years if done properly. I will not be using them again.

Have had to call for a plumber twice since buying a home a year ago. Both times, Earl's sent a plumber out within an hour. The first time, a sink wouldn't drain. They replaced the drainpipes and took the old disposal out at my request and were done within 2 hours. The second time, the 20 year old water heater started leaking rusty water. Less than 3 hours later, they installed a new one, drilled a new drainage line, installed a pan and hauled off the old unit. Both times, the quoted price was fair and didn't change when the work was done. To my layman's eyes, the quality of the plumbing looks great. Thanks guys.

We've used Earls for at least 15 years. They lost a long time customer this week. Toilet leaking from a wing nut on a 2 year old toilet. They wanted over $1000!. They said we needed a new toilet. No thanks. Called Ace Handyman, $71 dollars later, it's fixed! Just say you don't repair. I would have understood that better than telling me a .20 cent bolt repair would cost 1K.

Initially reached out to them for a consult on some pipes located by behind a new dishwasher. I take full responsibility that on Friday I called them set up an appointment later in the day canceled them, and then after speaking to Home Depot, who made a recommendation for fitting the dishwasher in the cabinet rescheduled for July 1. I was told they could come out today, July 1. I reached out to them today, July 1 to see if I could have an a.m. appointment because I needed the evaluation done ASAP to determine my next step. By noon when no one had called or shown up, I called and inquired. I was told that the plumbers tried to call me numerous times. The staff tried to call me several times. And they tried to leave me voice messages. I have no missed calls and no voice messages by noon. I told them that I have received numerous phone calls and had voicemail messages left. It doesn’t seem to be my problem. It was suggested that perhaps because Earl plumbing is not in my contacts, that I’m having a spam issue. So I placed them in my contacts one hour and 45 minutes later I have still not heard from anyone. So I canceled their services. I’m giving one star because the plumbers didn’t do what they said they were going to do and I’m confident that somebody’s lying. I called and scheduled an appointment with Harold plumbing and they’re on their way as of the sending of this post

I had some pipe leaking problems and Earls has been amazing. Heather, Alex, Ron, and Nick have all been professional and great to work with. I also, feel good about the price. Great job! Call them if you have issues.

I have used Earls Plumbing for years. They always do an excellent job. I feel their prices are fair, I never need to call them back a second time and they leave the area clean.
