I called AMS to have my bathroom shower nobs replaced. I did not know that I could have purchased them my self. Mr Plumber was assigned. Two workers came and told me they would get back to me on the problem. They unscrewed the one good nob so I could at least turn on the water by rotation from hot to cold with the one nob. A week later AHS called states to do the work I need is not covered and Mr Plumber will charge me $700.00 dollars to do it. .I thought about and and said no. Then on a notion I took the one nob to a hardware store and purchased two in a pack. Put them on and my bathtub is fixed for the grand total $28.48 It is ashamed to rip off people .I kept the workers work orders for proof of ripping me off.

We had a leaky faucet handle. We called AHS and Mister Plumber came out the same day and did the replacement. The time from our initial call to the resolution of the problem was less than 2 hours. I saw some of the reviews and was very concerned,but these guys did great work and the problem has not returned so far.

If I could give less than a one star rating I would. I have been trying to work things out with this company for weeks now, after American Home Shield sent them as an approved contractor to my house. The technician broke both things he was here to replace (he broke the new parts by using a wrench and tearing things apart to hodge-podge them together) and now they are actually lying about the circumstances. They were supposed to fix the things they broke at no charge, but refuse to do both repairs at the same time which would require me to take off of work for several days in addition to the days I have already spent trying to address original repair. When I asked if I could wait to do both at the same time, they told American Home Shield that I "refused service" and they would no longer repair any of the things they broke. They even went so far as to block my number, so now when I call to see if anyone is coming out to repair the issues I receive a message stating "the number you have dialed will no longer accept your calls." My experience with them has been beyond terrible, and one star is more than this company deserves as I have spent over 13 hours waiting for technicians that then broke the parts they were here to install, and rather than the company addressing the issue they have refused to help in any way and have even resorted to lying to the home warranty company. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HOME, based on my experience.

SCAM SCAM SCAM If you read this post and still decide to use this contractor (scam artist) you're asking to get ripped off. This company likes to go for the money grab and if you do not know any better, will take you for more than the work is worth. Last bit of advice: Open up Google and find another plumber! (I have also reported them to the BBB)

He charged me $120 as a fraud I asked him since he had more than 30 minutes left on the job I called him for if he would fix a leak on my shower diverter and he said he would have to charge me $120 if he went over a half an hour on that job and he assured me he could do it in 10 minutes

Interior plumbing shower . Made false claims and never returned to complete job .

Under new management and we were very impressed with their promptness and quality of work.

Very bad customer service and zero professionalism. AVOID
