James was professional, fair and overall extremely pleasent to work with. I needed old water stains removed from a ceiling and wall. He got the job done quickly, but also correctly with attention to detail. He was also very honest with his prices and labor. I was very impressed by the services James provided and his kind nature. If you haven’t met James, then I suggest that you do and I’ll recommend him to everyone that I know. This dude here has a high skill set and is a go getter. On time, great communication, a fast thinker and problem solver. When I work night shifts, I can’t repair things like I want to. James came over and replaced my hot water heater like it was nothing. Hot water heaters can be a big mess to replace and my house stayed clean, because James cleaned it up. He didn’t have to do that, but he goes the extra mile to please his customers. I definitely recommend them for your home related and maintenance needs. I initially contacted them about a plumbing problem. But when James came to assess the issue he shared that they do more than plumbing and electrical work. So I asked him to take a look at a roof leak I’d recently noticed that had caused some water damage to the ceiling. James educated me on the issues I was facing— the likely causes and the best and worst case scenarios. So I felt good that even though I didn’t know the full extent of the issues until they started the work, that I would have any surprises since I knew what word case scenario could be. Fortunately, when they came to do the work, the issues weren’t as extensive as they could have been. So the cost was even less than initially thought…praise God! James was communicative, timely and a man of his word. He and Mr. Ipo were courteous, respected my space and cleaned up beautiful behind themselves when the work was done. I definitely know who I’m calling for home repairs going forward.

James was very respectful and responsive; I have had a gas grill for a year with no gas line, and was looking for a quality install for a gas line. James was on time prompt, efficient, and did a thorough job; even some work thrown in I didn’t think he was going to do. James and his crew were also reasonable with the pricing expectations, originally quoted a higher number but ended up being lower than expected so that was a pleasant surprise and made my wife and I feel taken care of. James payment methods are very up to date and I was able to zelle him the money without having to pay processing fees most contractors charge or even worse have to Wright a check. Overall I would recommend James to anyone for the work he did and look forward to using his company in the future.

James is a breath of fresh air in today's contractor market. He's a jack of all trades who sincerely cares about the quality of his work and his communication is outstanding.
