Our technician Bradley was very professional and friendly. We had gotten a flier in the mail about the entry level system and decided that's what we were going to go with. The sales pitch was definitely geared towards up selling us a higher model and warranty which we had to decline multiple times. We are very pleased with the end result and the install team was awesome!

Travis came to do my annual plumbing inspection. Just so happens I got a new gas dryer delivered on the same day. Travis connected my dryer in a matter of minutes. Great service and having annual maintenance provides peace of mind.

Chad and Romalis were very informative and professional. They explained everything and made recommendations. The work performed was exceptional. They are truly asset to the team. They cleaned up wonderfully. Very polite and respectful, as well as professional. 5star service 2nd to none. Losing thesese guys would make your team a Liability. In other words a (GREAT LOSS).

Ahmad came out 3 weeks ago and got our furnace repaired and running. He was very patient and kind. He installed a needed surge protector and explained things thoroughly for us. Appreciated getting heat very much! (I had a post for him but accidentally deleted it trying to post today's for today's technician. My apologies for this not being better worded above.) Today, Justin came out the same day and repaired our central air unit. There were safety concerns and this was addressed as well as electrical scheduling for next week. Appreciated getting humidity down and house cooled so quickly! I recommend Surgi's.
