Berry’s literally saved me hundreds on a new water heater. HUNDREDS! Donna was extremely helpful and Tim did an amazing job with the install. I honestly can’t say enough about this company. Great work with outstanding customer service. They have a customer for life with me!

Well first off, I called ANOTHER plumber with a tankless hot water heater issue and I got bad news, the OTHER plumbing company said it could not be fixed and had to be replaced and quoted me a price of 3600.00. I was SHOCKED!!!! So I called a buddy of mine and he said he used Berry Plumbing a few weeks ago for his business location and loved the service and the price and HIGHLY recommended them. I called them on 4/2/15 and spoke with the owner and explained the issue and he had someone out at my home within 2 hours and was able to fix my tank and stayed to make sure it was working AND he moved a pipe to give me more room AND on his way out, he fixed my outdoor faucet!!! This tech was knowledgeable and took the time to listen and solve my problem and said he would be following up with me the next day to make sure everything was working. He was very AWESOME!!. Also, the office manager was extremely nice and polite along with the owner. All three took the time to listen to me vent and got a plan in place and solved my issue. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again when I have issues. Thanks guys, I now have hot water again!!!!!!

Met with their plummer to discuss whole house water filtration system installation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful . My system is on order and I will hire them to install it in my home.

Berry Plumbing fixed my guest bathtub. This problem has existed since the house was built. The previous owners even cut an access panel in the wall trying to fix it. Before calling Berry Plumbing, I tried to fix it, and I had another plumber and a handyman try to fix it. All without success. I called them in the morning, and the problem was identified, explained and fixed by lunch.

Wonderful service; very careful and skillful; fixed both my plumbing problems in an hour; I highly appreciate having these problems solved; and the price was fair. What more could one want?

Get company, very responsive and good employees. Never taken more than two days to make a service call and most are same day.

They don’t just tell you what you want to hear they schedule it and get it done professional and reasonable!!
