These guys were fun to deal with an they got my plumbing system back up an running in hour an gave good price for on the weekend an the dispatcher was nice.thanks Mike an son.

We hired this plumbers to come out to our house because the shower in my master bedroom sprung a leak and was leaking into my kitchen. They did the work they fixed it however they didn't bother put either piece of wood where it went that they removed to fix the problem and then they spit and nasty loogie in my bathtub and left it there for me to clean up. Absolutely DISGUSTING. How do you think it's okay to come into a customer's home and spit nasty loogies in their showers???? Not bother to put back two pieces of wood that they removed to fix the issue??????? We will never use this business again and I will tell everybody to avoid this company like the nasties that they are. So foul and disgusting.

Negative experience. Hired Giglio for a tankless water heater replacement. Two gentleman arrive- no measurements taken, nothing written down. “Are you sure you don’t need to record any information?” I’m told no. Imagine my surprise when the installers try to replace the unit and tell me the new water heater doesn’t fit. No problem I tell them, just order the correct one, please. New unit comes, gets installed. I think I’m done. Test faucets, good to go. Try to take a hot shower that evening- no hot water. Call them back out and am told to order some expensive part even though the problem is from something getting knocked loose from the install. My husband and I resort to fixing it ourselves. A day later a different shower without hot water. Called attempting to get someone out for several weeks and Giglio won’t come to resolve. Run EVERYTHING before telling them they are done.

There is no option for zero stars, I used them for a rent house my name is Ashley Tridico. They installed a dishwasher, got billed tried to pay it. Never took my payment 3 times total so one a month. I told them you’re really not going to take my payment? I’m sure there cpa caught it and flagged it. I get a call from a collector in Dallas for the unpaid 700 dollar bill. Needless to say. All fees were dropped and I paid what I originally owed. I needed them again… I dreaded calling, maybe they remembered me. No trucks running.!! Right? Never would I recommend or do business with them again. At least universal honors worthless “home warranties” think about it. 500 for a year to cover your home? As if? You can’t buy a dishwasher for that. Universal as least pays it forward and works with home warranties. I wouldn’t and couldn’t I don’t have 1100 artist that do quality work. I've used Giglio for 47 years and have always had excellent service. I can call in the morning and they are there quickly, make repairs and the service is reasonably priced. I've referred friends and they've done excellent work for them also. Will continue to recommend them!

Fixed me up for reasonable price. update... One month later the leak is back. Hopefully they will come back soon. My bathroom is like a sauna. will update again later...
