Service is impeccable!!! You call, they are coming. Their service personnel is very knowledgeable in their respective fields. Even the new people have been trained well. You can also do your service request online via their portal which is a plus for me.

Hamm is always prompt and professional. I never have callbacks because they do it right the first time. Employess are so helpful and courteous and the owners are so easy to work with and put you as a priority. Jobs big and small they have handled with excellence!

I have had plumbing services performed by Hamm Mechanical on three separate occasions, and I have been consistently impressed with their service every time. I had a leak in my in-ground sprinkler system, and their plumber found it and fixed it in no time at all. That same plumber also installed a new water heater for me when my old one developed a leak. Both times, the experience was completely painless for me and my family. Finally, I just had to deal with a leak in my water main leading up to my house. John Adams from Hamm Mechanical came out and identified the problem and put in place a temporary fix so we could have water while we were waiting for the city to investigate the source of the problem. He helped me through the entire process of dealing with the city and never pressured me to do anything that wasn't in my best interest. He looked out for my family's needs throughout the whole process, and I was incredibly impressed with how much he truly cared about his customers. Because of my experience with John Adams and my previous experiences with Hamm Mechanical, I will only be calling Hamm Mechanical for future plumbing needs as long as I live in Shreveport.

Some of their "technicians" need more training and supervision. Replacing parts without understand the problem and charging a ton of money to do that. After 4 visits and replacing parts, the unit is shot and being replaced by another company. I recommend NOT doing business with this company! Even their supervision doesn't seem to care for quality work.
