I called on Monday and arranged a Tuesday appointment.sometime after 12. Scott the plumber was a no show but his wife called to say he was tied up and wanted to reschedule so we did, for Wednesday. He was a no show and no call to say he wasn’t coming. I wasted two days of my time waiting on him. Finally on Thursday , I called someone who came out right away and did the job. This is very poor business practice by Long Run Plumbing to just tie up and ghost a customer. I have used them before so I was VERY disappointed in such poor treatment.

I was new to the area and recommended Long Run Plumbing. It was a Sunday and whenever I called they answered the phone immediately. Much to my surprise as it was Sunday. Within an hour I had a knock on my door and my problem was resolved. Extremely nice and was explained to in detail what they needed to do and encouraged me to ask any questions that I might would have . I was extremely satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend anyone needing a plumber to contact Long Run Plumbing.

Long Run Plumbing did a good job on some problems we had with toilets and looked at some other problems we have with faucets and water pressure. BUT I have not been able to get them on the phone to reschedule for over a month. Have left multiple voice mails and even talked to someone twice who said they would get back with me to schedule, but nothing!

I called about putting new faucets on my kitchen sink and had some questions, they were very helpful and even ordered the water filter for me. They installed everything quickly and perfectly. I am so happy with everything that I am thinking about doing the bathrooms and laundry room. Wonderful, professional service and great prices.

I’m writing this for an elderly customer who is not internet savvy. Totally unprofessional! Loyd came out to fix a bathtub faucet. Never introduced himself and had to be asked his name. So he finished replacing the fixture in about an hour but after he’d left both the shower head and the tub fill we’re running so effectively no shower. The company was called to notify of the problem and loyd came back the next day. He was there about 15 minutes and had the customer check it before he left. Well water was still coming out of both shower head and tub fill and he had the nerve to ask “Is that ok?” Then he said that he must’ve put the wrong stem in it but didn’t fix the problem and left. Multiple calls have been made to the company but no one has returned any calls or made any attempts to correct the problem. So now I’ve advised to get a professional plumber out to fix the problem and write a statement on the invoice about what was wrong with the job. Luckily the customer was smart enough to use his discover card and is contesting the bill. Oh and on the second visit Loyd brought his girlfriend with him. What a joke. Edit/update: another plumbing company came to fix the shower fixture without any issues. And it was Loyd who told my friend which shower hardware to buy. He’d initially bought another brand but took it back after Loyd told him which brand to buy. Also after multiple attempts that the customer made trying to get in touch with anyone at the company failed, I knew that this was the only option left to get a response and indeed it worked. I write many fair and balanced reviews so no, sir, I am not overreacting.

I don't live in Shreveport/Bossier area anymore but my Mom still does. Scott and his crew have always been helpful when she calls. Best in town as far as I am concerned. Wouldn't call anyone else.
