I'll just lead with what I disliked about my service. $40 Service fee, $50 dollar for specialty tool use (Hammer Drill), 12$ I was charged for a 12in toilet supply line (which I guess was just him reconnecting my old line), and 13$ credit card fee (they require payment upon completion of job but are unable to give you an estimate until completion so you can't get cash). So 115$ worth of Extra add on fee's to drive up the price. My tech was amazing! The finished product was done professionally but company will Stick it to you in extra fee's like Spirit Airlines. There are just better ways to bill this. Don't nickle and Dime your customer. Where is the fee for the wrench? Do I at least get to keep the tool complimentary? How many times has that hammer drill paid for itself?

Micah was my technician, who was very professional. He explained what he was doing to fix the issue. Asked about warranty of service and he said 1 year, which I liked. Beware of labor charges for mileage: I was not aware that the time of charges started when a call was made to me they were coming and till job completed [Took awhile for the quote to be written up]. Problem was that they did not have the part needed to fix my issue so they had to drive back to shop and then back to my house [45 min each way]. So I was charged over 2 hours of driving time at $148 per hour. Labor was $665. Materials: $37. Need to find a plummer closer to where I live!!!

Micah Carter and Spencer came out to repair two busted pipes. They were polite, patient, efficient, and hardworking. Also, cleaned up area when they were finished. Quite professional.

I highly recommend this company. Randy has come out and saved me twice this month. They do great work, really fast turnaround and good reasonable pricing.

Mike Tilton Plumbing is my go- to plumber. They are always on time, professional, courteous, dependable and most of all honest and have reasonable rates! If you have never used them, I highly recommend! Randy and Spencer did a GREAT job replacing my ancient bathtub faucets and shower head.

They have the highest hourly billing rate in the city, and they charge a service fee on top of that. They are not honest about the time it takes them do a job. I call it gouging. I'll be choosing another service provider like Bobbie Greene Plumbing in the future. Not Tilton Plumbing.

Tilton Plumbing provided exceptional service when I couldn’t get anyone else to do the job. Jason quickly helped me locate a 2 inch supply line, coordinated with the city water department and had a crew come out to cap the line. All of this was done in a few days time after spending over a year requesting assistance from the city and other plumbing companies. Highly recommend Tilton Plumbing for any job!

Micah Carter was our technician and we had a great experience with this company. They replaced our old kitchen sink and faucet at a very good price. The office staff was very nice, it was an overall great experience!
