Mr. Marvin with Mr. Rooter plumbing came out and did a great job fixing a leaky faucet outside my home. It was quick friendly service. He even took the time out to show me how to turn off my water valve in my yard. He was very knowledgeable. This was my second time using him and his company, very satisfied with the service provided. Scheduled Gas line replacement with Mr. Rooter (Technician Mr.Martin and Mr. Richard) on 7/2/24. Both technicians were superb and their customer service ethics was excellent through out the whole process. Marvin and Richard were true professionals and very knowledgeable. I caught them at the very end of the day when they were about to go home to their families, however they showed up as if I was the 1st customer of the day.
