Greg, Nathan and Charles were awesome. Never heard of the company and my son called them had us come out and was very impressed. They worked through the cold rain and made sure I had water before they left. So if you need a good plumber, platinum is the way to go.

Eric has been the best support there is. he’s been super kind, super friendly, super helpful. Any questions I’ve had. He’s answered. He’s had all the right answers. Couldn’t pick a better person. well spoken young man & does a great job! Go Eric!

Eric was an awesome technician and super thorough. He diagnosed our entire house and not just the problem we called on. He was super honest and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this company and ask for Eric.

I reached out to this company for a sprinkler system repair. There was a small miscommunication with the initial technician, but when I contacted the company, they were quick to resolve the issue. They offered a partial refund and sent a different technician to complete the job. Aric and Bacon did an excellent job fixing the problem, and I was really impressed with their professionalism. The customer service was outstanding throughout the process. While their services are on the pricier side, they produce quality work. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the outcome and how the company handled my concerns.

Platinum was wonderful to us and was far more reasonable than other companies we got a quote from. We saw three different plumbers (Nick, Chuck, Greg) along with several members of their construction crew and everyone was professional, thorough, and kind. Once the project was completed, Nathan came out to make sure everything was correct which was fabulous! We highly recommend them, they made the best of a less than ideal situation for us!
