Devin and Jake were the absolute BEST. Let me not forget Cody as well :) From calling to them coming out. They taught me A LOT about hot water heaters and the maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone that needs service with plumbing. The service was FAST as well. Thank you guys soooooooo much.

Plumber for hire came immediately when I called. They were at my house within two hours. This was after calling about 10 different plumbers who could not come for a day or two or would charge overtime. There prices were extremely reasonable. I had a clogged toilet and line. They sent Trace who was extremely professional, nice, happy and talkative. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed immediately. Tyvm!

Everyone was friendly and their prices are very reasonable. They didn't change the price even when they took longer than expected because they needed an additional part, which I really appreciated. Everything is explained up front and you don't feel like you're getting the run-around. They got our water heater upgraded to tankless and it looks great. We've also had them out once before because our faucet broke, and they did great work then as well. Everything they've fixed is working well. I'm really glad we called them, and we highly recommend them.

I called and explained the issues we where having, within 15 min I got a text saying they would be here within two hours and they were actually here before then which was great, very nice and explained everything they did and why. The price was very good and I will definitely be using them from now on. Thank you so much again.

After posting a bad review for a bad experience I had with this company, I received a call from the owner/supervisor and he very nicely listened to my grievances and apologized. He offered a refund and made me feel comfortable giving them another try. So I wanted adjust my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

I had a leaky tub faucet in bathroom and needed tub spout installed. Kim quickly arranged for Jack Anders to come out to evaluate and provide an estimate to replace and install a new valves and spout from the original 1950's. The following morning Jack out and had to cut through ceramic tile with the concrete and metal mesh to resolve the issues. I now have great water preassure with no leaks. My new access panel door looks great. I highly recommend Jack Anders for any plumbing job you may have. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor make him a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for reliable plumbing services, look no further than Jack and Plumber for Hire. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was impressed with the level of service I received every step of the way. If you don’t have a go-to plumber, these are the guys you want. If you do, consider giving them a shot anyway… I’d be hard pressed to believe you’re getting better service elsewhere!
