I had an issue with weak water flow from my master bathroom shower. Todd was able to diagnose and solve the problem without completely replacing the valve. Impressive. Now my shower is fantastic. Will use them again.

Great service from the office to the techs. Fixed problems with my old, old, home that I thought could not done easily. They proved me wrong and I could not be happier!

Do not use this company. They double bill hours worked and double talk the explanation of billing. They will say they will arrive first thing the next day and have you waiting, missing work only to have never put in the order for service. Do not use this company.

Rinchuso’s repaired a leak in my foundation and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the results. Todd, the technician they sent out, was professional , worked diligently , and you could tell he had great work ethics. He made sure we understood exactly what was required to complete the job. After completing the work he took us to each repair point to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product . His manager “Chuck” even contacted us during the repair to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. I already new Rinchuso’s the best plumbing company in this area because I’ve used them in the past, and their workers are second to none. Thank you Rinchuso’s for an excellent job. Definitely a five star company.

My family used this company for over 20 years at our homes. They used to be very prompt and never had a problem with their service. Last time they came to the house to snake a line they said we had a leak on the drainage pipe outside and they would call me back to setup an appointment. That was a month ago. I've called 3 times to try to get the appointment setup and their response is always that they will call me back and then don't respond. It's a shame the service went down hill so quickly.

Disgusting place with a nasty attitude, if they lied before they even did the job, do you think I would actually trust them to do the job. Let me help you…… NO. Use another company because these people are liars and thieves.

1) receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and lied. 2) we were misquoted a price, but were made to pay before seeing any paperwork. 3) price was twice as much as all other companies in area who quoted. 4) lied about time spent on job (overcharging AGAIN) I will never do business with them again and would never refer them to anyone. Wish I could give zero stars.
