Highly recommended to me, and I can see why. Within about an hour the plumber was here. The person who answered the phone was very nice and told me what I needed to know up front. The guy was quick and the cost was reasonable for a Friday afternoon after hours.

Have used Roach Plumbing quite few times. The techs are always very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Pricing is very fair. Customer service is not only great with their techs, but with their phone staff as well. I will recommend Roach to anyone who needs plumbing services in the future.

I called them for a clogged/slow sink, during the COVID19 pandemic. The nice receptionist said they'd be here in 30 minutes. They were here in 20! The guys, Craig and Jordan, came in, assessed the situation, and got right to work. I was most impressed with the care that they took as to not get the mess all over the place, and laid down a tarp. Quickly, like St. Nicholas, they opened their tools and went to work. After they thought that they had remedied the problem, they made sure to verify that it was all taken care of. Both of the men were extremely friendly, and very professional. I have found my plumber for life. Thank y'all for helping me out. PS. The total invoice was very reasonable and not high at all.

Called for a stopped up kitchen sink and they had someone come out in less than a hour. Jordan had us unclogged and back to normal in about 30 minutes. I’ll be using them again if I ever need plumbing work done. Great job

Very unprofessional on the phone. I called to ask about having a sewer crew to come out and the gentlemen was very rude when he answered the phone and didn't allow me to even ask the question before cutting me off. I understand that everyone is busy after this freeze, but a little customer service goes a long way. Will not use them ever again.

Quick service. The technicians were fast and a pleasure to deal with. Jobs was done quickly and works perfectly. We will definitely be calling again.

I was given a quote for service by phone that did not correspond with charges. About 200.00 is nowhere near the 260.00 I was charged to have a garbage disposal installed thru this company. The tech was good but I would not use this company again.

Called for an appointment to have my kitchen remodeled. Was told I could get a free estimate and scheduled for Fri afternoon. I was told I would be contacted before someone came to the house. I waited til 6pm without a call or visit.
