Fast to get you approved and satisfied with processed. The heater was not cleaned and not explained or asked questions about the use of the heaters. . So I bought a heater to use. The installation crew did a great job, with professional and skilled knowledge of the job. Work as a team and very supportive of each other. Helpful with my question and concerns. Hopefully they continues to be successful and gain love for each others as I felt it from them. A+ Grade

Another update. First, Southern Air management never contacted me. I contacted them several times. My unit is under a 10 year warranty that is worth absolutely nothing. I had to switch to Nixon HVAC because the service from southern was so terrible. southern said that voided the 10 year labor warranty. So to have the 10 year labor warranty I paid for to be honored, I would have to pay for the southern maintenance plan for the next 10 years. They came out to my house 15 times for the same issues. If southern wants to post all the calls to my house on here I am giving them permission. Additionally, if any lawyers are reading this, please leave your contact info for legal options. Update: after a week. I still never received a call. Some more specific issues aside from leaving a leaking gas line, and giving me an attitude about it, simple things like putting the screws back in my vent covers would have been nice. Putting the smoke alarm back up they knocked down would have been nice. Putting the fence around my a/c unit that they tossed to the side would have been nice. Not putting the condensation line directly over my patio door would have been nice. And of course, not leaving a leaking gas line would have been nice as well. I strongly do not recommend Southern Heating and air. Like I said below, I had their membership service over a decade, and put a new chiller, and furnace in with them 2 years ago. Their motto, "fixed right or it's free" is a bold face lie. I never asked for my money back, but they did a pretty lousy job. Jimmy did the job right and I would give him specifically 5 stars, however, I have had numerous issues with Southern over the last 2 years. Not everything was the fault of Southern or their technicians, like a weird smelling A/C coils, however, what was in their control, like scheduling, and not rushing they failed at. Technicians were out on Wednesday to replace the smelly coils, and soldered in a copper line. They say that they didn't touch the gas line, but that night, the line that they were soldering less than 2 feet from was leaking and if not noticed, I wouldn't be writing this as I would be ashes. Jimmy came and fixed it, but there is no way it wasn't from the Technicians from Wednesday. We have been members of their program over a decade, had a full system replaced, but it looks like their better days are behind them.

John was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. He took the time to understand our needs and research options for our hot water heater replacement. Unfortunately, the large one we had was no longer an option but John provided three different alternatives that would be comparable and more efficient. Once we made a decision on which option best met our needs, Stephen Black was dispatched a few days later to remove the leaking hot water heater and install a new one; remove an old garbage disposal and install a new one; and replace a faucet on an outdoor standpipe. Stephen was very professional and polite and did a great job. Surprising to us, he even returned the following day to inspect and ensure everything was working correctly. We are very pleased with the service Southern Air provided. Also, Rachel and Stephanie who answered the phones were pleasant and helpful.

Did not fix the problem they just did what they want to do to get money. They did not do the job. They did not even diagnose the job. They just assumed something and did it just to make money. Water still leaking. The people that work for this company is a fraud so busy trying to scam me. They forgot to put my credit card on file and you think I’m about to give you my credit card number after you expose yourself. look at the price they charge to take out that small amount of concrete my uncle do concrete look how much they charge to refill it back up so I did not allow them to refill it back up once they showed me the paperwork now I’m waiting on them to subtract that off the bill so I can pay my bill or we will be going to court. The cement costed $60 and they want to charge $2100 to put it back in $3600 to cut the concrete up they were so busy trying to scam me. That’s why they didn’t get my card number talking about a membership. No, it went from 0% interest rate to charging me $7000 interest rate 17.9% good thing. The other worker came and changed the job around made the price a little lower so that means that you have to rewrite a whole new contract for a whole new finance, because the first one is not accurate the price has changed the job description has changed , they cut in my house without my permission work was Slappy, 10 pipes that costed $18 and they charge me $6600, and to top it my credit score is 805

Ethan was honest, helpful and very informative. He got to the root of our complaint efficiently and went above and beyond with his inspection. This was our first time working with Southern Air and I can say I feel confident using their services now.

Dylan and Parker were fantastic! The trench was a real challenge to dig in our yard but they got it done. They were polite, friendly, and informative. They didn’t leave any mess. Extra thanks for labeling the circuit breakers! Would highly recommend!

Today was the first time I've used Southern Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing. The young man technician D. Riley was very nice and respectful....He did look like he just graduated from high school. But he knew what he was doing...He explained what he was going to do and why we had the problem....The service was great! The price was very very good $99.wasn't too expensive to unclog my mother's bathroom sink. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. It was recommend to me!

The technician, Doug M., was phenomenal. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and reassured me that I was in good hands. More technicians could learn a thing or two from him. I will definitely be using this company for any and ALL future endeavors. I will be updating this comment upon completion of service. Update: Doug came out and wasted no time to locate my electrical problem, photograph/document, and fix the problem. His professionalism, knowledge, and experience was incredible. I purchased the membership plan and feel safe knowing I can call this company and have any service conducted in a timely and professional manner. Again, thank you, Doug and Southern Air.
