Awesome Showroom! Great service from people that know their products.

Very friendly to sell but they will not take returns. James at parts counter wouldn’t take back a faucet set that I purchased 5 days earlier, my error on picking out wrong kit. This was my go to place for me but I made one mistake and it cost me $103. By the way same kit elsewhere was less than $60 so purchase at your own risk because their customer service on returns is non existent. Thanks James you just lost a customer.

Highly recommend these folks…Outside of the fact I am in the building industry I just built a new home had a problem with a toilet a few months later…called Holly up no questions ask said come pick up a replacement…That is service you would NEVER get from the big box store! Thanks Holly!

Simply AWESOME customer service. James Tippett and Brett Kirkman in counter sales did a phenomenal job in helping me with by shower and hot water needs! If you have a plumbing issue, check with these guys. Wish I had sooner!!! Would have saved time and money!

First of all the lady's here are excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable on everything they are selling. They have tons of facets, lights, fans, tubs, sinks, etc. Don't hesitate to stop by and check out their great showroom
