Worst company ever. Don’t use. Hired to install dryer through Lowe’s. Tried to rip us off. Michael had the audacity to unplug washing machine outlet and drain without placing it back to how he found it. Didn’t even have the decency to put things back how they were after scratching my floor moving the machine around. Worst customer service ever. Also, scratched the top of my new washing machine with items he placed on top of it and got it all dirty. If you want quality service, look elsewhere. Called 15 minutes before arriving at 8 am. No notice nothing. By far one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody this company is a rip off and all they want is your money they were called out three times in less than a month to fix a simple leak in the wall and all he was doing was patching it up and every time he comes out, they charge a service fee. They call their self certified and trained plumbers The second time he was out, he stated let’s just hope this work this time Two or three days later our carpet and baseboards were wet again so after the third visit, he finally went into the wall so after his saw charged up and taking a smoke break for 25 minutes he finally went into the wall and after him taking a lunch break he finally finished the job. Times are already tough and hard for them to call us and give us a price that she gave us is ridiculous when the issue could have been fix and solve the first time each visit we was definitely charged and this issue wasn’t fixed. Highly disappointed and frustrated

Trey and Vincent, This (Universal) is a terrible company with the poorest customer relations of any I've seen. Your employees are rude and disrepectful, and would argue that at least some should be locked up. A company is only as good as its leaders, the people you employ are a reflection of you. The business practices of your employees are a reflection of you. I'll never do business with you again and fully expect your company to fail due to its exceptionally poor practices. I know you don't want to hear the details prompting review so I expect you'll ignore it just as you ignore the operation of the company.

Guy came out installed a new delta faucet, two weeks later the faucet broke, and almost fell off sink, then he came back, said it was not him, never been here, I said yes u did the installation. Told him we had someone coming tomorrow to do this correct.

This is a horrible company they came out once checked the inside then they said they couldn't check outside because the ground was wet. It took them a whole month to come I'm watching the person look at the water meter and then turn the water on in the front. They drove off. No one contacted me with a diagnosis. If
