Mr. Kevin Walker Jr. was so professional and courteous to us. He was on time and even waited for me as I wasn't home. He was very thorough through the entire process. He showed us little tricks on how to manage and fix minor issues, he submitted the claim while he was at our home to speed up the repair process and he was easy to talk to and understand. They don’t deserve 1star!! “I recently had an unsettling experience with a plumber sent by my warranty company. He came to diagnose a plumbing issue at my home, but his visit didn’t seem genuine. It felt more like a pretense rather than a real effort to fix the problem. I’m concerned that there might be collusion between the plumber and the warranty company, possibly to avoid fulfilling the warranty obligations. This situation is unacceptable, and I would appreciate a thorough investigation into this matter.” I can’t talk about their actual work because they didn’t perform any work and lied to the Home Warranty of America as though they couldn’t find blockag they didn’t have time to investigate. It’s practically the same story I hear repeatedly telling how they collect 1000 a day doing fake warranty call.

Kevin, the owner, was nice, courteous and thorough. He came out for a washer back up. He did not leave until I ran a complete wash cycle. He said he wanted to be sure that he had solved the problem. He solved it!
