OVERPRICED!!! beware to ask for hourly rates, services fees, get estimates for needs before any repairs are done. I learned the hard way as I was given an invoice to which nothing was voiced pricing about until they finished some of the concerns, I had prior to them coming.

Of course, our water heater goes out on a Sat. We unfortunately called Applewood Plumbing and heating they came out Sunday, they wouldn't give us a quote over the phone because they needed to see the old heater. When the technician came he quoted us $6300, fortunately we just replaced our water heater in AZ (I know lucky us). for much less so I knew we had to look around. I was given two recommendations on PlumbingMD so I called them, the owner asked for 3 pictures gave us a quote over the phone 3X's less than the above company at $2150. They came the next day earlier than scheduled with a txt, finished in a timely manner and just overall wonderful people. In a world full of big box stores such as Applewood I recommend highly using this company.

We had a plumbing leak that turned into a much bigger leak than we thought. Jacob and his team worked as hard as they could to get our issues fixed as quickly as possible. Rotted out cast iron drain line in the slab had to be removed. Removed the broken down old line from kitchen sink all the way to master bathroom and installed new PVC drain line in the slab. And rerouted the outside laundry room line. No more clogs no more rotted out missing pipes.

We finally decided to tackle years’ worth of plumbing issues. A friend recommended Plumbing M.D. They were responsive, consulted with us, and presented us with a clear, fair estimate. Jake and his team provided professional and excellent workmanship in a timely manner. They were hardworking and efficient. It was a pleasure to do business with such an honest, ethical, and friendly company. I highly recommend Plumbing M.D.

I have finally found the time to write a review about how OVERPRICED this company is. I apologize it took me 10 months, but I wanted to make others aware of how greedy this company truly is. They came to my house and sprayed our fireplace with soapy water in a small spray bottle to find that the coupler on the gas line to the fire place was a little loose $293.00. They didn’t fix the leak, they just found the leak (sprayed my fireplace with soapy water in a spray bottle) for that price. Mind blown! Please be advised before hiring this company. And if they’re charging me by the hour, I can’t help that the two men servicing my home stood around only to talk off my head about dogs.

Jake and his crew did a stellar job! They are nice and professional in their manner! They go above and beyond to make sure they are doing all the plumbing to the top notch!

Needed some repairs done in preparation for selling a home. Jacob with Plumbing M.D., Inc. was recommend to us. And I am so happy he was! I have never been more pleased with the services of a plumber. I was communicated with promptly, the repairs were done on schedule and with a great price. We are very happy with Plumbing M.D. and wont be using any other plumber again.
