Abbott Brothers was able to send someone out next day when we had issues with our 15+ year old Bradford White water heater pilot light. Mike was excellent and offered a temporary fix, but explained possible shortcomings or early failure with such an old unit. He provided pictures showing where age had deteriorated our water heater, and what could go wrong. We opted to go with a new water heater, which another one of their plumbers was able to install the following morning at 8:30am. Abbott Brothers had very quick service, easy invoicing, and provided options depending on our budget. Their pricing for a new water heater was comparable to two other plumbers in Baltimore City we had received earlier in the year. I would use them again in the future for plumbing needs.

Had Abbott Brothers come out to replace a kitchen faucet yesterday and they arrived on time and had the faucet replaced within about 30 minutes. Fast, professional, and fair pricing. Will definitely be calling them again for my plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating, and especially about Mike Soper and Dalton Blackburn. Our experience with them was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. We found ourselves in a real bind when our sink was completely unusable do to 20 years of eggshells and everything else you can imagine going down the pipes creating an unbelievably large backup. We were given the runaround by our home warranty company, American Home Shield. They sent out a contractor who, in just 10 minutes, claimed there was nothing that could be done. The contractor even mentioned that he used to work for Abbott Brothers and highly recommended we call Mike directly because he was such a great guy. That was around 3:00 pm on Monday, and by 3:30 pm, I had already called Mike. Mike, the owner of Abbott Brothers, was incredibly responsive and said he'd be over by 6:00 pm to give us a quote. To our surprise, the quote he gave us was way more reasonable than we expected—way less than what we thought we'd be paying for such a big job. We accepted the quote that same night, and the very next day, Tuesday, Dalton was here at 8:30 am to get to work. Dalton, at just 25 years old, absolutely blew us away with his professionalism, work ethic, and expertise. This young man worked tirelessly from morning until 4:00 pm, replacing all of our pipes and completely solving our problem. He was respectful, meticulous, and clean, taking great care to ensure everything was done to perfection. His knowledge and skill set were truly beyond his years—he worked with the expertise of someone who had been in the business for 25+ years! The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Not only did they solve our plumbing issue efficiently, but the customer service was exceptional. Mike truly cares about his customers and wants to help them solve their problems. It’s clear that Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating is a business that values integrity, quality work, and genuine care for the community.
