Our family bought a water heater through The Home Depot to be installed by D.W Bahr, I spoke with Erica in the office , she was very professional and informative on the product/installation which made the process really easy. I felt very comfortable with my Decision to go with her quote especially considering the price was much lower than other plumbing companies. They sent someone out the same day and did a great job. Very happy with the workmanship and customer service I was provided. I would highly recommend using them for your water heater needs.

Went through Home Depot and purchased a new water heater through them. Scheduled same day it arrived for following day and completed work in excellent time around my schedule. Also was cheaper then 4 other quotes.

After a disappointing experience with Constellation Energy, I contacted Bahr (through Home Depot) for a new water heater. I dealt with Marnie, who was so nice I wanted to take her out to lunch. The two gentlemen who installed the appliance were extremely courteous and efficient. The cost was $3 more than Constellation's quote. I highly recommend this company.

Dave and Jose from DW Bahr did an amazing job. They removed the old unit, cleaned up any water, disposed of any waste and installed the unit professionally and promptly. No leaks and I have hot water again. Should I have any other plumbing issues I won't hesitate to reach out for further work.

I ordered a new cast iron kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal from Home Depot. At my request, Home Depot contacted one of their trusted plumbing companies, D W Bahr Plumbing and Heating Company, to do the installation once all the parts were in. I received a scheduling call from their office within a day or so. On the appointed day, September 2, 2021, Joe and Damond called to give their arrival time and in fact were a few minutes early. Joe checked under the existing sink and saw some possible complications. Serious challenges became apparent once he and Damon looked over and measured the new sink (which was deeper and much heavier than the existing one), faucet and disposal: there was a mismatch between the location of existing drains and pipes and the requirements of the new items. Joe advised that an under-sink rebuild might be necessary and that the rebuild might require another visit and possibly additional charges. But instead of giving up, Joe and Damond removed the existing sink, faucet and disposal and committed to getting the job done. They found the necessary supplies on their truck and Joe rebuilt the under-sink system with great precision, Before long, and after overcoming at least one additional significant obstacle, the new sink, faucet and disposal were beautifully installed and working. No additional visit was necessary; and, although I offered to pay, there were no additional charges beyond what I prepaid at Home Depot. They removed all the old items and carefully cleaned up. I could not have been more satisfied; and I recommend the company and Joe and Damond strongly and without reservation.

Joseph and Charles installed our New Water Heater. They did an excellent job. Work looks impressive borderline immaculate. They are always welcome were ever we may need their services! 10/10 Polite Punctual and hey they are a father son team! Who cannot support that!

DW Bahr's installers Ed and Nick did a great job. They provided me with knowledge on why my old water heater failed prematurely. They also ensured that the new one they installed did not have the same issue. The install was surprisingly quick. Especially given they had to drain and remove the old water heater. Job site was clean after the work was completed. Ed and Nick were very professional and courteous. They did a great job of walking me through the paperwork to complete the process also. I would definitely recommend their services.

I purchased a water heater with same day installation through Home Depot. Scott and Mason were my installers, and they were able to come 4 hours ahead of schedule. They got right to work as soon as they arrived. Both men were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Scott and Mason to anyone needing to have plumbing work done in their home.
