Thomas St Germain was highly skilled, personable and worked expeditiously to complete our water leakage. He had one other member with him today and they were amazing! Great teamwork and problem solving from the start of the job to the end! Great dynamic team!

On 3/4/25 my house hot water tank broke. I called Len the Plumber and their technician Richard Beck arrived in less than 45 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. He did an awesome job and I'm very satisfied with the job and the pricing. A very recommended company and thanks to Richard for great job.

I had a bad clog that was causing one of pipes to leak in my basement. I called Len the plumber and they came out the next morning. My technician Shawn and his partner were very professional and informative. They quickly assessed the issue and gave me a estimate. Of course there were more issues as the job progressed. But the team was able to fix those as well. Shawn and his partner did a great job and kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely use Len the plumber again.

Excellent service by John Frazier today!!! This company truly saved my household by sending Mr Frazier. It is 18 degrees in my home and the bad mini split install was rescued 100% by Mr Frazier by us finally getting heat in our home 🏡 🙌 These are photos of the poor install that John Frazier saved my house from.

Arrived on time. Construction team was efficient and friendly. Unfortunately in digging they severed an unmarked Verizon Fios line but left it where it is easily found for replaying.

Rant alert: sometimes I hate being a female homeowner because all these services will charge you the skin off your body for basic nonsense. Even lie to you! I contacted Len the Plumber because I had recently installed a replacement Google Nest thermostat and it was showing that the R wire was not connecting to the power (or something along those lines). After multiple attempts to “fix it,” I gave up and starting contacting HVAC services, settled with Len the Plumber. First thing the technician tells me when he removes the thermostat from the wall is that the wires aren’t correct, that the green one is incorrectly installed. Mind you, I’d taken a pic of how the wiring was with the previous Google Nest thermostat I had to replace, and the heat was still working, it just had a network error issue. He also informed me that one of the fuses on the HVAC had blown so that needed changing. He finished his job, which included trying to sell me a new thermostat, left with all my holiday money. Out of curiosity, I removed the thermostat after he left just to see how he’d installed the wiring and lo and behold, it’s the same order as how I’d put them. First picture on left is from the previous installation. Second is after Len the Plumber came through. As you can see, the wires are all placed the same. Do better y’all. All these extra costs you charge customers for things that aren’t really at fault may give you the extra cash short-term, but you lose customers this way.
