I usually don't make reviews but I the service I received from Rich was exceptional. Not only was he a really nice person to talk to, but he also was efficient and tidy. Our new pipes, water, and prv are doing great thanks to him!

We have used Mr. Rooter for multiple jobs over the last five years. They have never disappointed us! They are easy to get a hold of and schedule an appointment with. Their techs are timely, thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. They are also respectful around cleanliness when entering into the home. (wear foot protectors). We would only call Mr. Rooter for any of our plumbing needs!

Zach Solomon performed an exceptional job replacing our outdated water heater with a new one. The installation was completed within a concise three-hour timeframe. Zach exhibited professionalism, courtesy, and a deep understanding of the plumbing industry. If I ever need any plumbing work I will definitely call on them. The tech Anthony that came out to do the work was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We needed help with a leaking pipe behind the toilet. Had previously contacted our home warranty service who gave us a date 3 days later. The leak got worse with water running into the basement. I called Mr Rooter and got a technician within hours!! Mr Rick Bush was great and didn’t overcharge us!! He explained everything and asked if we had anything else that needed attention. How thoughtful! I highly recommend this company.

Had a rough weekend dealing with a broken water heater and Umesh saved the day. I called the number of plumbers today. All were very responsive on Thumbtack. I highly recommend this service. The one plumber that stood out was Mr. rooter his staff as well as Franz. The general manager really talked to me through In my basement, even though in the end, I did not require a plumber or a service. They were very empathetic and extremely helpful and professional. We had an unexpected need to move a gas fitting for the install of a new range. Rich was our assigned technician. He was exceptional. On time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took care of our job, paying a lot of attention to detail to our needs and the uniqueness of our setup. Definitely give out of five stars.
