I contacted this company due to a leak at my rental property! It was fixed in less than 18 hours. The technician gave me several options to choose from and he wasn’t pushy. Work looked great! Very satisfied customer!

Overall great experience, and I would recommend Saffer Plumbing, Heating and Electrical to anyone, and plan to use their services again in the future . My technician Will was responsive, courteous, and professional. Saffer was able to locate a new lid for my (probably very) old sewage ejector pump basin, and install my provided pump float sensor (which is greatly appreciated, as many home service companies refuse to use customer-provided parts) with a 24 hr. turnaround, and still guarantee their work for 6 months (although they do have different pricing tiers for work that include extended warranty periods). Saffer also offers a 1 yr. membership for an additional fee that provides a 10% discount on further services provided during the year, and includes complimentary inspection, which I have not yet utilized. Pricing appears to be in line with other local service providers, though I always recommend sourcing additional quotes for work. As a picky homeowner who is comfortable tackling DIY projects, the resulting work demonstrates excellent fit and finish, and I am highly satisfied with the work performed by Saffer Plumbing.

So I'll admit it, after a lifetime of bad technicians and salespeople, I've gotten exceptionally picky when it comes to service calls and contractors. This morning Dominic showed up with Christian Williams and they both knocked it out of the park. I had an estimated one million questions and Dominic was quick to answer, always had a smile and sense of humor and cleaned up after himself. I hovered like a nutty homeowner and he didn't seem to mind. THIS is what it should look like when a tech comes! Saffer is my new go to for anything plumbing related. Dominic answered all my busybody questions about my old house and Christian let him take the lead but I felt like the two of them had been doing this for eons together. Thank you guys, so so much. I feel so much better about my old senile house now :)

Prompt response! Knowledgeable, kind technician, Jimmy. Cleaned up after installing new gas range. Made sure the range was level and worked properly. Arranged to have old range and all debris removed. Returned quickly to relight water heater pilot light. The woman that answers the phone, Samantha, was empathetic and a pleasure to work with. Great service

Erik came to my house to fix a broken pipe. He quickly found the issue and repaired it. He was pleasant to deal with and had a great attention to detail, so I feel good knowing he did a top-notch job. I will definitely call Saffer again for my plumbing needs!

Can’t say enough good things about Saffer and their team! I’ve used them many times and they are my go to with good reason. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Reasonably priced and excellent work. Samantha and Chuck were super helpful yesterday and arranged for service early this morning. Overall I had a great experience with Saffrr Plumbing. I was having trouble with my boiler after business hours, but they had an automated system that took some information and promised a call-back the next morning. Sure to their word, I got a phone call the next business day and was able to see someone that day. The technician made a great first impression, with a phone call to say they were on their way. Upon arriving on their branded van, the tech introduced himself, put on protective footwear, and listened to everything I had to say about my problem before looking at the boiler. While looking at my boiler, the tech had no problems teaching me basic boiler maintenance and showing me his process about diagnosis of the problem. After explaining everything, they gave me different solutions at different price points and I did not feel pressured into up selling. Payment was easy on their tablet, and they were able to get the necessary parts to fix the boiler the same day. Their professional attitude from start to finish was not fake, and the tech was a pleasure. Would easily recommend Saffer Plumbing for your heating and Electrical needs. They might not be the cheapest, but they have an impeccable reputation that is well deserved.
