I had a highly disappointing experience with Supreme Service Today (SST) when my Carrier system displayed a "41-Blower Motor Fault" error. Since SST originally installed the unit, I contacted them for service. Their technician confirmed that the blower motor had failed but assured me it was still under warranty. However, instead of providing a straightforward solution, the technician identified additional "issues" with my system. When I asked about the cost of addressing them, he abruptly left, stating that I needed to speak with a lead technician. The lead technician arrived not to focus on the necessary repair but to upsell services like duct sealing and system performance enhancements—without first addressing how to get my system running again. It took several hours for them to provide a price for the warranty repair. Their initial quote exceeded $5,000, which was eventually reduced to $1,500 — to complete the warranty work. Suspicious of the pricing, I contacted another Carrier Authorized Expert, as I discovered SST is no longer listed as a Carrier Expert/Dealer. The new company arrived the same day, replaced the warranted motor, and even cleaned the blower housing and wheel—all for under $600. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Supreme Service Today. They seem more focused on upselling and overcharging than on providing honest, competent service.

We've had Yonas as our assigned tech several times on our membership checkups, and he's been great every time. He always takes the time to make sure I know exactly what he is checking and why. He explains to me why each check is important, and how each component contributes to keeping my house comfortable. I've been with Supreme for almost a decade, and can't imagine moving on to another provider - these guys are just the best!

Our combo furnace and a/c unit stopped working. It’s a custom type system and Supreme Service Today was able to get us setup with a replacement system before the summer heat hits us. Our service representative Ryan K was extremely knowledgeable about the system, the financing and he found us a solution where other companies came up short. Ryan is friendly and personable and we look forward to many years of working with Supreme Service Today and their team. My family is relieved to know that we have a lifesaving solution for the heat of the summer.

Donald came in time to clean our air conditioners. He was very courteous and explained to me what he is going to do. He is a knowledgeable technician who took time to complete the work correctly. I am very happy about his work and recommend him for such work.

I want to share my experience with Garrett who came out and made an estimate the cost of my defective a/c system. He is so friendly, communicative, and very knowledgeable. He listens to my concern and quickly identify the problems. He gave me many options to try to save my money, at the meantime he wants to ensure the product and service provided is in good quality and is satisfied. Thanks to Garret's great customer service and the time he spends to explain to me.

I had an appointment scheduled for 6/14 between 12-4. One hour into my window I received a text saying that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I called and rescheduled for 6/27, and once again had to block off my work schedule for their 4 hour window. For a second time, I received a text one hour into my window saying that they needed to reschedule. Again I called in and rescheduled for today (7/18), and the representative that I spoke with said that she would make a note to not move my appointment again. Of course an hour into my window today I received a text saying that my appointment needed to be rescheduled (for the third time). I called in and spoke to a supervisor, who said that they prioritize their members, and that I could reschedule with them again, but they could not guarantee that this wouldn’t happen again if a member calls in and needs something during my appointment time. They apparently do not value their commitments to you unless you decide to pay them a membership fee. On top of all of this, each time my appointment was rescheduled the representative gave me a $50 credit to use towards my service appointment (which I clarified I could use towards my upcoming appointment). The supervisor however said they were actually repair credits, and had no value unless I needed a repair on top of normal service. This has been a horrible experience, and the fact that a supervisor can tell you that if you schedule a new appointment with them it will most likely just get cancelled again, is a baffling way to run a business. Unless you are willing to join their membership program, DO NOT bother scheduling an appointment with them.

My experience with Supreme Service Today was top notch. Lets start with the phone call to customer service regarding my issue no water pressure. The representative was kind courteous and professional. The following morning a service technician arrived. We got a new well pump and complete filtration and watersoftner system. They did come across several obstacles but our tech Brandon was patient professional and kind, even when I went on a rant with no water. He never gave up and always service with a smile. Now our water 💧 is on and working well. My technician and Alex the owner went above and beyond for us. We could not be more grateful for their service, dedication and empathy for their customers.
