If you need a plumber, you can feel good about calling Metcalf. They are honest, and they go the extra mile to solve your issues. We saw water on our kitchen ceiling under our bathroom. We were able to get a timely appointment and Michael spent a long time tracing the issue. The charge was very reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Customer service - exceptional! We have been without a hot water heater for two weeks. Metcalf was able to come out and inspect the issue and replace a hot water in the same day. Danielle was a person who answered the phone gave me details on how to process works. Chris was the gentleman who came out and replaced the hot water heater.
