Last winter My Water heater went up(of course on the weekend). OPH not only was available next day, but he was easily the most affordable compared to other local Catonsville services that would have had me wait 2-3 days. I highly recommend him. I would give him 6 Stars if I could!

I have employed Rich Ohler on several occasions. Every time, he made an extra effort to respond quickly, even at the end of a long day. He went to great lengths to find a needed part for my old boiler. And he did a great job at a reasonable price. I recommend him without any qualification.

Rich was awesome! My water heater died on a holiday weekend while he was attending to another big job. He made it a point to come by to replace the unit and quickly fix another minor unrelated issue after hours. Rich was kind, professional, and highly responsive. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Highly, highly recommend!! Recommended by my dad who had work done by Richard. When I couldn't get the county to even call me back about a plumbing issue Richard was right there calling me back for two days and was out quick. Great dude. Great service. Very, very highly recommend!!!

Hired RA Ohler to replace hot water heater and install a water jet backup sump. A quick phone estimate was given, which personally gave me some pause, but Rich assured me there would be no surprises. The estimate was well below that of a local competitor, so I went with RA Ohler. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the value. RA Ohler showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was very professional. Overall, an excellent job, I wholly recommend!!!

All plumbers are expensive so I try to do what I can myself. Found myself over my head with a certain situation and Rich was able to come out the next day and resolve it quickly. I still think you should probably call around for pricing but Rich is trustworthy and competent. Nice family run business.

Contacted Rich with RA Ohler on a Wednesday after a recommendation from a friend. He was helpful and knew what to do to fix my shower fixture issue. He was able to fit me in for Thurs morning and completed the work before noon. Quick response and work. Will use again.
