Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The technician came out to my house and was kind, went over the issue and lastly explained to me the fees. At first I was hesitant to pay when the first tech came out to my house. But, after determining that my plumbing issue was much severe and we could not do this on our own, I called Rotor Rooter back. People I am so glad I did call them back. The technician was a professional and understood the severity of the situation. My plumbing issue involved them pulling up the toilet and looking to see exactly where the leak was coming from. The tech arrived and completed the process of unclogging the line that connects the sink, tub and toilet, he made sure that the clog was completely gone before leaving, and he made sure I saw the running water and that the toilet flushed properly and there was no leaking. I am very pleased with the service I received today. My technician Tuan was excellent at what he does. People please get a professional like Rotor Rooter. You will not be disappointed.

Pardon the mess. The sink is no longer clogged. We had to roto root when upstairs and downstairs sinks were still clogged after trying to attack the clogs with smaller augers. Apparently grease was all the way down the line. Marc was professional and competent in what he was doing. He was able to work his way around certain issues meticulously, which could only be done through experience. You know, sometimes you just have to bite a bullet if the problem is out of your hands and find the professional.

We had an emergency situation and called Saad, and he arrived within the hour. He was thorough, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. His assessment was honest, and he followed through on everything he promised. On top of that, he had a great sense of humor, which made a stressful situation much easier.
