My garbage disposal stopped working and the same day I called Chesapeake they sent over a plumber. He was amazing. He went over my options and prices. Luckily for me it was a simple fix. My plumber was friendly, explained everything and made me feel great about how we are taking good care of our little garbage disposal. I have used Chesapeake Plumbing a few times over the years and have always been impressed. Today, my sewer ejector pump backed up flooding my laundry room. I was surprised when they were able to fit me in on a Friday afternoon and was so appreciative! Ryan showed up about 2 hours later and was able to fix my issue relatively quickly! My Friday was looking pretty crappy, but Ryan and Chesapeake Plumbing made my day! Thank you!

I called Chesapeake plumbing for leaky pipes repairs on a snowy morning before anything was shoveled or plowed. The mechanic, Ryan, had to park a block away and carry his equipment to my place. He did not charge me extra for that inconvenience. When he looked at my problem and advised me on the work, he cautioned me that I did not need all the repairs I thought I would need, and he fixed a simple problem that was causing some of the leaking. For the rest of the work he assessed and charged me fairly, did not try to inflate his work time or increase charges. I felt he was very fair and honest with what he did and his work. I highly recommend this business.
