My garbage disposal stopped working and the same day I called Chesapeake they sent over a plumber. He was amazing. He went over my options and prices. Luckily for me it was a simple fix. My plumber was friendly, explained everything and made me feel great about how we are taking good care of our little garbage disposal. This is the type of service we’ve come to expect and the reason we will continue to be loyal customers. Happy New Year!!

I have used Chesapeake Plumbing a few times over the years and have always been impressed. Today, my sewer ejector pump backed up flooding my laundry room. I was surprised when they were able to fit me in on a Friday afternoon and was so appreciative! Ryan showed up about 2 hours later and was able to fix my issue relatively quickly! My Friday was looking pretty crappy, but Ryan and Chesapeake Plumbing made my day! Thank you!

I called Chesapeake plumbing for leaky pipes repairs on a snowy morning before anything was shoveled or plowed. The mechanic, Ryan, had to park a block away and carry his equipment to my place. He did not charge me extra for that inconvenience. When he looked at my problem and advised me on the work, he cautioned me that I did not need all the repairs I thought I would need, and he fixed a simple problem that was causing some of the leaking. For the rest of the work he assessed and charged me fairly, did not try to inflate his work time or increase charges. I felt he was very fair and honest with what he did and his work. I highly recommend this business.

I had a leak in a copper pipe and needed to shut my main water line off. All businesses I contacted were booked up, especially with the upcoming New Years holiday. Amanda from Chesapeake Plumbing responded to an email inquiry within 5 minutes and had me scheduled for the following day. She was very considerate to send plumbers to my address first thing in the morning, hours sooner than my initial 11am appointment. She is excellent at communication and made me feel valued as the customer. The plumbers, David and Billy, were able to replace the corroded section of the pipe within an hour. They were very professional and helpful.

David was the plumber who came out absolutely did a great job. He was thorough in all the work he did for setting up my dishwasher, and Chesapeake plumbing helped in a time of need. Will recommend to all friends, and family.Thank you guys all so much. God Bless.

If I could give more stars, I definitely would! David and Billy are amazing rockstars!!! These guys came in with confidence, knowledge, and kindness. David did an excellent job really evaluating the best approach and explaining to me what he was going to do. They really made my whole experience a pleasant one. Definitely will recommend to others and use for any future plumbing needs! I cannot express enough my gratitude for these two guys!

I called Chesapeake plumbing March 14, 2025 for both a blocked first floor toilet and loose second floor toilet around 11 am. Given a 2-4 pm estimate for plumber. Dave arrived before 2 pm, evaluated the problem and repaired the problems efficiently. Very clean. I would use them again.

We had a leak in the basement ceiling and called Chesapeake Plumbing, and they got someone out the same day. The source turned out to be 2 leaks, which made it more difficult. Jason was a pro, kept at it until everything was right. He was also friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.
