I just wanted to say thank you to Malisa & Kirk Sr., Kirk Jr., Matt, and Dan from ALL NITE SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING LLC plumbing & contracting. I live in a 99-year-old house in Hamilton, Maryland, and during the Super Bowl, we lost all water service to our house. Our 99-year-old water line just decided it had enough and ruptured underground. I went to turn on our shower at 10:35 PM to give my 25-year-old nonverbal autistic son a shower like I do all week long. I turned on the shower valve, and no water came out, just a hissing sound. I went downstairs and tried the sink in the basement right next to our main water supply line entering our house. Same deal, just a hissing noise. I went outside to our water meter and opened the cover (yes, I'm a contractor) and could hear the water meter clicking away and water rushing through the meter at a rapid pace. I was able to turn off the water meter to save more water being wasted into the ground. On Monday morning I started to call plumbing contractors. I called, I think, 7 plumbing companies, and the first 3, no one even answered the phone or even had a voicemail to leave a message. The next 3 plumbers all said it could be 10-12 days until they could actually replace our water line in our yard. I called the 8th plumbing contractor, who said he no longer offers water line replacements; however, he knew a plumbing contractor who could help me out. He asked me to text my information, such as my name, phone number, and address to him. Within 8-9 minutes, I received a call from a very caring and down-to-earth Malisa from ALL NITE SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING LLC, a local plumbing contractor. She asked me to send as many pictures as I have and a video too, if possible. I had already taken pictures of my yard and made a video describing where my water line was run to and what would need to be done to replace my water line. I would say within 20-30 minutes she contacted me back and said the estimate/quote would be in my email. I opened my email to find a well-drafted, computer-generated estimate, and the price was great. I accepted the proposal and was on schedule to have our water line replaced. 2 days later, a crew of 4 very nice gentlemen arrived at our house at 8:30 AM. Kirk Sr., the boss/foreman, and Kirk Jr. and Matt & Dan. They arrived with 3 vehicles and a backhoe and wasted no time getting to work. I have a very nice lawn of Zoysia grass and was very concerned about having the middle of my yard dug up. So the guys at All Nite Sewer & Drain Cleaning dug a very clean ditch next to my driveway and ran a new ¾" copper water line into the side of my house. This saved my yard and my garden in front of the house and having to cut into my concrete floor under my front porch. What a huge relief, and in spring I will add Zoysia grass plugs into the 20" wide path along the driveway to repair my lawn as good as new. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling ALL NITE SEWER & DRAIN CLEANING LLC for any type of plumbing repairs or water or sewage pipe replacements. They came to our rescue when the other 8 plumbing companies could not. They offer very fair prices and have the tools, equipment, and years of experience to get the job done ASAP. I don't typically do reviews but this company is amazing. They came through for my ex and saved him a ton of money and a huge inconvenience. I can say the same for me, the other quotes were twice what they cost me. To find a fairly priced and honest plumber is hard to do but this company not only provides that but they're friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I think this is the first time no one attempted to rip me off and provide services I didn't need. I could not recommend them more!

Great plumber! One of the few contractors that I can trust without babysitting or double checking. They helped me with leaking, clogged lines as well as water heater installation. In one case I had 3 plumber charge me and not being able to find and fix an underlying leakage issue. I got lucky with Kirk who knows what he's doing and is thorough. They might be a hint more pricey on smaller jobs than your average individual plumber but like I said, the quality of the work and the peace of mind more than makes up for it.

We got in touch with all night after several other plumbers jerked me around with windows of service and never arriving resulting in loss days work and frustration. All night arrived during the hours they said they would and were amazing in communication throughout the process from scheduling to service. They understood I had two little ones and advocated to my home insurance to get the job completed asap! This was so important as my husband was away at the time and I was overwhelmed with figuring out how to handle it and the kids. The team is such a family business and I love how friendly and helpful they are! Don’t even waste your time looking elsewhere! They got you!

Starting with my online inquiry concerning my clogged main drain, and the outstanding service I received I am convinced that I have found my plumber! Initially I spoke with Melisa who was very helpful and professional. She called me prior to the plumbers arriving as she had told me would happen. The plumbers were polite, respectful of my property, very knowledgeable and they informed me of the findings and suggested long term solutions. The price quoted was in fact the price I was charged. As compared to several other plumbers that I had contacted the price quoted and paid was considerably lower. I strongly recommend All Nite Sewer & Drain Cleaning and of course will be using them in the future. I will also be sharing with family and friends this outstanding experience!

We had a serious drain backup which flooded our downstairs and basement. Kirk Jr came out and cameraed our sewer pipe. He found a break in the pipe which was under our front porch only about a foot or two from our front door. Our porch is concrete and bluestone. It had to be excavated. Kirk Sr and his three sons came back promptly and did the job. They had to remove the bluestone and then excavate about 8 to 10 inches of concrete and then remove about four and a half feet of dirt from a small enough area as to not destroy our entire porch. They removed the cracked pipe and replaced it with a new flexible pipe. They did this in one day and cleaned up the area completely. All of them were a pleasure to deal with. I would very highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

We had several small plumbing issues and decided to get them all taken care of with All Nite. Kirk did a great job and was very friendly, flexible, tidy and efficient. Communication with Melissa at All Nite was pleasant and easy and she was quick to respond to both emails and texts, even after normal business hours. Kirk was able to finish everything in only a few hours ON A SUNDAY. Pricing was reasonable. We are very pleased with this local business!!! Highly recommend.

I rarely take time to leave a review. I have been using All Nite since I purchased my home. It’s harder to find a plumbing company you can trust but Kirk and Melissa always deliver. I have had other companies come out and try to charge me for work that did not need to be done . All Nite always tells me exactly what works ACTUALLY needs to be done and always gives a fair price. They are the only plumbing company I use and I recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
