We were delighted to work with Gervais to install a new boiler and manifold. I found their sales team to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and was really happy about the product and labor warranties that came with our purchase. Their dispatch team was easy to reach, professional and kept in very good communication with me along the way. The install team (led by Patrick) did an amazing job, clearly taking pride in the high quality of their workmanship. They were communicative, respectful of our home, and kept to the schedule. I was a repeat customer, having worked with Tim S. (plumbing manager), who had expert knowledge and good suggestions for my project. He explained the problem and solutions in depth and was very helpful in relating the issue to Eversource personnel so that a dispatch was sent immediately to replace the gas line. Matthew was able to diagnose the problem with my leaking furnace very quickly and replaced the parts right away. Excellent service and knowledge!!

Was highly pleased with the responsiveness and service provided by Gervais. Our heater was putting out cold air in the middle of a cold streak in December. Gervais sent someone out to us very quickly. Chris, our serviceman, was extremely communicative and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear estimate and explanation for the repair. Quote was reasonable and clear communication was present throughout. Chris completed the repair with thoroughness and skill. He welcomed our questions and ensured that we were satisfied with the entire experience. Would highly recommend both Gervais and Chris for any of your needs!

Jose came out to do preventative maintenance on our boiler and couldn't have been more professional and speedy with the work. Everything was fantastic and he was very nice to work with, best technician! Highly recommend!

My heat was not coming up. It was diagnosed and fixed promptly. Same day service in a storm! The office person who took my call was efficient.
