We had contacted Heritage after the passing of our boiler a few days before our wedding. Heritage was at our home in no time, installed professionally, removed the old boiler, and even provided reasonable financing options if we needed them. The installers were exceptional and processional. The gentleman who came to our house to provide quotes was amazing and provided us with all the information needed and explained every step. Christian and Kyle were very professional and understood the urgency for my heater to be done! They were able to get the approval to have the furnace install the next day! They gave me 5 different options and explained each one to me! So appreciate their job!!! As for the Installers Paul and Nick! They also was very professional and got the job done! With no worries! Travis did some plumbing work on my property on March 5, 2025. Prior to arriving to do the job, he spent some time with me talking about what needs to be done and working with me on how to do it most effectively and efficiently. Every step of the way, Travis was professional, courteous, thoughtful and kind. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would happily trust Heritage Home Service for any job I needed.

Excellent work! Done quickly and thoughtfully. Steve got here right on time and kept us informed with the work he was doing. He looked at the big picture and made some suggestions rather than just fixing the leak we had. 10/10 would recommend Steve and Heritage to anyone!

3/1 Update: I have had an additional visit and then an diagnostic visit + follow-up since my last review. Let me preface that everyone that I spoke with has been very friendly. With that said, I had a hammering issue that the tech during visit #3 addressed through a pressure adjustment. Even though he was 90% sure it would fix my problem, it didn't. He suggested an additional service that would cost ~$700. We didn't think it would fix the issue and it was pricey. Then I had an issue with a leaking sight glass. Kyle and another tech came in the afternoon of the same day that I called. They were professional and quick to fix the issue. Since they saw I had a hammering issue previously, they were saying that may have caused the loosening and leaking of the water in the sight glass. He mentioned that this would solve the majority (not all, I understood that perfectly) of my hammering issues. They came three days later to do the chemical clean and completed it in less than two hours. Unfortunately, the hammering persists. I wanted to give it a couple of days before deciding that the chemical clean didn't work, but I guess I have a clean boiler. It didn't solve my problem, but Kyle was great. I thought everyone was nice, but I just may have to do more homework on my end before committing to a service. 1/30: heritage reached out to me regarding some dissatisfaction I had with our follow up appointment. I really appreciated the call as well as them looking into options to solve my problem even after the follow up visit. There was a miscommunication about the fee for the follow-up and they even refunded me for the charge. The person on the phone even mentioned that he would reach out to me again. Ryan came to service our boiler and went above and beyond. He serviced the boiler quickly. I mentioned that our radiators were noisy and some were not working well. He went through all of them and let out the air as well as adjusting them to heat our home properly. He offered us quotes to replace some of the parts but did not push it and asked that we see how these adjustments would do before having to replace any parts. The price was very reasonable. Another company quoted almost double for just a maintenance service. I'm happy we went with this company and would recommend to others around the neighborhood.

Excellent service! Steve was professional, polite, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me in layman’s terms. I really appreciated that instead of pushing the most expensive option to fix my issue, he reviewed other, much less expensive options. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
