I was quoted 250 for a job. I am a new mother and needed s plumber to fix a situation for me. When he was leaving when I asked how much he told me 385 dollars. Over a hundred dollars more than what I was quoted. He Said normally the shut off is in an easier location- yet asked me no details about where it was when he quoted me. I felt trapped. Then when I called to speak to someone about it he receptionist was extremely rude. Will never use again. Felt like I got scammed. Especially after calling other plumbers after the fact and getting much lower quotes.

Jeff was great!! My hot water heater broke and he came out to fix it same day! Knowledgeable and professional and the price was fair. Thanks so much Jeff, I'll be calling you again!!!

this business is a cheater and lier. They don’t tell you before you book an appointment or before them come but they do charge a 200 usd for travel to your house and quote for the job, but they will disappear after this, they don’t answer your call or text back. Avoid this business I can show messages and calls between me and the owner of this business, it’s easy to deny what himself did but everything I said above is true

Jeff bernard plumbing answered the phone and came right out to fix my heat and was reasonably priced where other plumbing companies just wanted to replace my boiler when it didn't need to be. He also offers all kind of other services like drain cleaning excavation, landscaping, snowplowing. He's the master of all trades. Definitely a 5 star experience.

They replaced my water heater in 2 hours. They had the best price of 4 different plumbers I called. Very professional. Thank you Jeff.

If I didn't have to give them one star I wouldn't, I call and talk to some one after they advertise 24hr service, and you have someone in the background saying go to bed I am not going out there until 6am. Then after I say well no thanks I don't appreciate that someone is saying that in the background they tell me to go pay another company. Don't advertise 24HR service then complain that I call at 9:50p.m. if you can't make it out or don't want the job atleast be respectful to a potential customer. Jesus, someones possible business is a privilege, not a right. Get over yourself. I hope your business thrives and you do well for yourself, but you completely lost my business and hopefully treat the next person with alittle more tact.
