I had a great experience using your services. From submitting an online inquiry to requesting service, I appreciated how quickly someone reached out to me to schedule a professional plumber. Dave was the technician who came to my home, and he was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and even funny. It was clear that he was experienced and knew what he was doing; he's been in the trade since 1989. I highly recommend requesting Dave for your plumbing needs. I had a leak in the pipe under my kitchen sink, and he replaced the entire pipe. My best friend is a plumber, so I have a deep respect for the profession.

Freiner Co. is the only number I need for plumbing. For years, they have providing me with prompt and high-quality services at my home and rental apartment. I have recommended them to neighbors and friends with no reservations. Shout out to Carl for the recent repairs in my laundry room.

From beginning to the end, working with Freiner Company, Inc. was a pleasure. I initially spoke to Celia on the phone. She was professional, helpful, informative, beyond pleasant to work with. I met with Steve for an in person review of the bathroom plumbing task. I promptly received an estimate for the work, which was beyond fair. The appointment was scheduled soon after. The two plumbers arrived for the early morning appointment on time and finished the project on schedule. I called to say thank you, but I think that their professional service deserved a great review.

The water heater that was initially installed was leaking, and while someone promptly came to inspect it, they recommended a replacement water heater. Unfortunately, the replacement did not provide hot water, and it has been a nightmare dealing with this group to resolve the issue. It has now been one week without hot water. The technician did not stay to confirm that there was actually running hot water, and the process for dealing with this issue is slow. For family’s with kids that need hot water - beware of this company because if things go wrong the process to respond can be slow. I will update this review once this issue is resolved with the resolution details.

Olivia provided great explanations as she was helping to solve some of our heating system issues. She suggested ways to move forward and offered plans to help make next steps happen. Thank you so much to Olivia and the Freiner team!
