I&C was fantastic. I had a gas leak coming from my stove and they were there the very same day that I called. They fixed the issue, cleaned up after themselves, were very kind, and triple checked everything they did. I was super grateful for their help. The price was slightly lower than I was expecting too - very good work. I will definitely be hiring them again!

Two weeks ago we called Akian Plumbing for the 1st time, to service Our 1st floor apt. Water Heater. It required replacement. My 1st floor tenant,Patrick searched the internet for a TRUST Worthy Plumbing Company. You see, we had such a Plumber for over 50yrs. But, he recently Retired. So, Patrick found Akian Plumbing in Watertown. He told me,They looked 👍 GOOD ! Ok ! I called for an appointment & the Office promptly put me in touch with a technician named Evan. He came out here & quickly serviced the 1st floor Water Heater, The Same Day within Hours ! I did Post that Review. Two weeks later,my 2nd floor Water Heater flooded out, so I Called Akian, again. A Technician named Dominic came right out to my home on Friday,to observe the nature of the need ! I gave Him a small fee,down payment for Monday, when he would return with another Technician,named James. They started into replacing my 2nd floor Water Heater. While working on that,They discovered a wornout part of my chimney,was a possible Threat to the Whole 🏠 House's Safety from gas & oil fumes that can travel up My chimney & Contaminate the Whole 🏠 House ! Well, this was News to me ! I asked What can be Done to fix this Serious Problem ? They explained,more Work was Called for ! Boy ! That was a Giant Surprise ! How much,I asked ? They said,A Lot More than only replacing another Water Heater ! I spoke with my Wife & We agreed to Fix It ! We are now in the process of addressing this Serious Problem with The Knowledge & Experience of these to Technicians to Explain Completly Every Detail Need to Secure Safety Measures for The Protection of Everyone in Our 🏡 Home ! We are So Greatful to Dominic & James for WARNING US of The DANGER of neglecting this Situation ! Akian Plumbing came to Our RESCUE ! ! !

These guys are the best! I wouldn't trust my boiler system to just anyone–steam heating is complicated and despite what they may say, not all experts out there are well-versed in the art of maintaining them. The folks at I&C Mechanical definitely fall among the few who really know their stuff! They fixed my boiler in no time, and gave me advice on how to keep the rest of the system running well. They were also very kind, came out for next-day service, and worked professionally & efficiently. I'll be hiring them again for annual maintenance for sure.

I highly recommend I&C Mechanical. I needed to replace my electric tank water heater which started leaking on Juneteenth. They were able to come the next day and replace it that same day. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. All in all, outstanding professionals and first-rate customer service. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I called the company this morning for a replacement AC condensate pump that caused a leak. Owner said they were able to come out on the same day and not only that, but they arrived on time. Their work was thorough and the owner was able to explain to me some issues that I may encounter in the future with my AC unit. And before leaving, they made sure they cleaned up everything. I am so glad to have called I & C Mechanical for help, I am very pleased with the service. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with my heat not working and they were super fast to respond and resolve the problem same-day. They explained everything very clearly and did a fantastic job. Overall, this was certainly a 5+ star experience. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of at-home repairs.

I've used Irfan and his team several times now, and the service continues to be excellent. This team is fast, reasonably priced, and reasonable to work with. Communication is a major positive point, and if you've worked with others you know this can be a pain point. Kudos to Irfan for responsiveness, availability, and for pricing fairly.
