G&L saved me thousands in water damage. Water almost overflowed onto my new countertops, new dishwasher and stove. They put my mind at ease, fixed the issue and were so professional and kind! Highly recommend G&L!!!

I own a condo, have never had plumbing issues until today. My bathroom was flooded, toilet, tub.. l called the maintenance manager who highly recommend G&L.. actually he is a customer as well. So l called G &L Plumbing . The secretary on the phone was rude. She told me because l wasn't a customer, she couldn't help , and hung up. How disrespectful, and unprofessional. I would have been a new customer. . Today was a stressful day to say the least.. and your employee added to what already was. I needed help, I am a senior citizen who took a customer of yours advice, and this is how it ended ? Shame on your staff.. I will never recommend you to anyone. S. Murphy North Oxford, Ma

Every time we had an urgent need, they responded quickly, including a complete replacement of a water heater the same day! Their workmanship on our whole house water filter, including labeling of every valve, was simply amazing-Thank you Tommy for your craftsmanship and attention to detail! You are unlikely to ever find a support person like Harry, who truly knows the plumbing field and passionately cares for his customers!

Had a new electric water heater installed. Very satisfied with G&L service. Called them again to install a new slide bar and shower head. Again very satisfied- no problems. Will definitely call them again for my next project. Thank you Matt & Zach.

Needed plumbing work quickly to replace water shut off valves in advance of delivery of new washer and dryer. Called G&L and they had Charlie and Nick working on it within 2 hours of my call. Charlie was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. Great job by Charlie and ready for the delivery. Very responsive company both times we’ve used them. Highly recommended..!!! 👍
